1. Go to the Patient Portal

2. Click on “View Your Health Record”

3. Log in with your credentials. If you don’t remember, then select “Using Mobile Phone” and log in this way. If you still are having trouble, please call our office to reset your login info.

4. Once logged in, click on "My Account" then "Current Statement" and click on "Pay bill”. If it asks you to select a facility, choose either Premier Primary Care - Smyrna or Premier Primary Care - East Cobb.

5. Fill in your credit card info and submit.
